Hi! I'm Vanessa and I'm so happy you're here. 

 

I founded Vanessa Libby Events to help couples celebrate their love in their own unique and memorable ways. I love getting behind each couple's story to better understand  their wedding needs. I have a passion for creating new connections and nurturing those relationships. I will be fully present for you; I will be your support, guide and friend during the planning process. This means you can almost guarantee that by the time your wedding rolls around, I will be laughing, crying, and jumping for joy along with you and your guests!

My love for people, combined with being a hopeless romantic, having a passion for creativity and perfecting those nitty gritty details that take memorable occasions to the next level, has made being an event planner a no brainer for me! I got my start in wedding planning 6 years ago, working as a wedding assistant in Charleston, SC. Since then, I have worked in Boston planning weddings and events for Corinthian Events and the ultra high-end event company, Rafanelli Events. These experiences allow me to bring luxury standards and touches to any event and budget.

Outside of the wedding world, you may find me sipping a spicy margarita, at a game night with friends and family, or on a travel adventure with my fiancé.  My favorite trips so far have been an overnight in the Sahara Desert, arriving by camel, and visits to the European Christmas Markets.
