One 30 Minute Phone Call Per Month

I want to make sure the planning process is as stress free as possible. Starting 6 months before your wedding we will schedule one 30 minute call per month. We will use this time to talk through any questions you have or give advice on things you are unsure about.

2 Month Out Support

One in-person meeting to do a venue walkthrough to fine-tune layout, timeline and rain plan, as well as go over all wedding details.

Bi-weekly (every other week) calls to make sure you feel worry-free heading into your wedding day.

Planning Documents

Minute by minute production schedule for the day to make sure your event runs perfectly. This will also give you an idea of the flow of the event.

Creation of floor plans to understand the layout of your wedding and guest flow for the evening.

This includes my master checklist, guest list manager, budget tracker, helpful planning documents and even auto-reminders to set up for when vendor payments are due.
Wedding Weekend
Rehearsal Day

Collection of decor prior to your wedding day and transporting it to the venue for set-up.

I'll direct your ceremony rehearsal including processional (how to walk in), where to stand, where to sit, readings, songs, recessional (how to walk out), timing, and answer any questions you may have.

Wedding Day Weekend

I will be onsite with my team early in the morning of you wedding day to greet all vendors, oversee their set up, keep you and your fiancé(e) on schedule while you get ready, set-up all décor you have, manage the event flow and guest experience, troubleshoot as needed, assist you and your families throughout the day, manage timing of the event and oversee break-down of the venue on your event day.

You research, book and implement the planning with your vendors and venue. I will take over all vendor communication two months prior to your event.
